RecSpon is a service that helps consumers find and connect with merchant sponsors. If you use RecSpon to search for sponsorships, we will try our best to find a provider with sponsorship availability, but cannot guarantee such. We also reserve the right to cancel or block your request. Lastly, we do not guarantee the performance or quality of a service merchant provider, only helping users in the connection and application process.

By using this Recspon.com (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be legally bound by and comply with the terms and conditions set forth below (collectively this "Policy") and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to any provision of this Policy, please do not access this Site.

We may change, update or revise any provision of this Policy at any time without notice. Please check this Policy regularly for changes. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. RecSpon reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to delete, move or edit any Material posted or submitted by you. By participating in surveys, sweepstakes, contests or promotions on this Site, and/or requesting promotional information or product updates, you hereby agree that RecSpon may use information about you for marketing, product development and promotional purposes.
